The life at School of Commerce, XIM University is a perfect blend of joy and hardships. Our tight schedule teaches and prepares us to get adjusted easily when we step out in the real world. It also helps us to be more competent in handling multiple tasks at a time equanimously. The single biggest advantage of studying in one of the top B-schools of the country is the kind of peer group that you are exposed to. The sheer diversity in backgrounds and profiles opens up so many avenues for learning which, at times, are far more profound than the in-class exercises, and studying Master of Business Finance at XIM University makes me experience diverse backgrounds, people with multiple profile, expectations and how can I make the most out of it. The curriculum of MBF is updated with the increase in the advancements and the requirements of the Industry and is updated at regular intervals. This helps me to be par with the outer world with each and every increasing step. Extracurricular activities held at the institute and peer learning also plays a pivotal role in students learning along with the curricular lessons. We learn from each other by observing and that is the benefit of studying and working in groups. Vocabulary, speaking skills, etiquettes, and other qualities tend to change and develop when one is surrounded by a different set of people and that makes an individual to groom differently. Another thing that helped me to grow are exposure to committees, competitions, Seminars, Conclaves, Leadership Talks and many more events. The committees helped me to understand the importance of working with senior groups and finishing things in the given deadline. It helped me to grow mentally providing a clear idea of the areas that hold a strong place and the areas that require improvement. While all other events gave me a platform to raise my voice and make me ready for industry.
At the last every institute is known for faculties along with the students. The faculty members were integral part for every student.
